Every website Usher Media delivers is tested against global performance benchmarks using Google Lighthouse. Speed, structure and stability — measured, not assumed, and published on both mobile and desktop.
Google uses these exact signals in its ranking algorithm. Faster websites rank higher, convert better, and retain visitors longer. Here's what we track on every delivery.
Measures when the largest visible element — usually a hero image or headline — fully loads. This is what the user sees first and judges your brand by.
Measures how long the browser is blocked from responding to clicks, scrolls, or inputs. High TBT = website feels frozen or laggy even after it loads visually.
Measures whether elements jump around as the page loads — buttons moving before you click, text shifting. CLS directly impacts trust and ad campaign quality scores.
A composite score (0–100) from Google Lighthouse. We publish mobile and desktop separately. Mobile is the harder test and the one Google ranks on.
Measures how quickly the contents of a page are visually populated during load. Lower is better. Ensures the viewport looks full and interactive without delay.
Audits code quality — optimal WebP/AVIF asset compression, preloaded critical styles, zero unused JavaScript overhead, and aggressive Cloudflare edge caching.
Every website below was built and delivered by Usher Media. Scores come from Google Lighthouse 12.x, tested 9 September 2026, median of three runs on both mobile and desktop presets. Nothing is cherry-picked and nothing is omitted.
This site scores 95 on desktop and 68 on mobile. The gap is Total Blocking Time — around 1.6 seconds of JavaScript execution that leaves the page unresponsive to taps after it visually appears. Most of it is the conversion tracking that makes the clinic's ad spend measurable: Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel and session recording all loading during page load. We are re-sequencing them rather than removing them, because tracking that works is worth more than a score that looks good. It is named as an in-progress item in the client's own August report. We publish the mobile number because mobile is the number Google uses.
Performance 92, Accessibility 94, SEO 92. Best Practices sits at 77 against our 90+ target due to third-party widget caching — a named open item in ongoing development, not a hidden detail.
Google's Core Web Vitals — LCP, TBT, and CLS — are direct ranking factors. A site that scores 99% on performance has a structural advantage over slower competitors in organic search results.
Meta and Google both score your landing page quality when running ads. Faster, more stable pages get lower Cost Per Click and higher Ad Relevance scores — directly reducing your Cost Per Lead.
Google research confirms that 53% of mobile visits are abandoned if a page takes over 3 seconds. Sub-second response times translate directly to higher appointment booking rates.
Every website is built in-house by our team. No third-party developers, no freelancers, no handover gaps. We own the code, we monitor the scores, and we fix issues without re-negotiating scope.
